Holiday Wreaths That Are So Easy

A simple holiday wreath that is so easy to make! It adds a little coastal style to your holiday decorating and took almost no time to do.

As we mentioned Monday, this year we’re doing a door wreath with Efex shells to show you how simple it is to add some decoration without breaking the bank.

We bought this wreath at Lowes and used shells, stars, and a lobster from the Efex bendable moulding line (after all we do live in Maine) for the ornaments. Here are the specific pieces we used, CC11, CC13, CC7, CC1, and CC16.

We started out by laying out the mouldings to get a fun design. Not too many, just enough to add spark.

The red lobster and stars are painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® Emperor’s Silk.

To get a glossy white on the shells we used a high gloss spray paint.

To attach the ornaments we punched wire through the Efex and wrapped it around the wreath form. Extra durable for outside use!

Then hang on the front door.

Decorating really does not get much easier than that!

Happy Holidays to you and yours from Efex!
